Unfortunately we had damage to our car, that was so bad we are having it towed to the neatest town. It is 250km. We are safe! The mechanics are confident it can be repaired. We hit a very large boulder, trying to avoid a crash with another competitor. We cracked the engine mount, but were told there were mechanics that can repair it. Hopefully back on the road in a day or two.
Did I mention we are in the car in the flatbed riding in the car back to camp? We should be there in about 10 hours. ETA 2:00AM. Grateful no one else was hurt.
